We supply a mix of genuine and aftermarket parts. Many items are professionally sourced from previously used devices and may show minor signs of prior use.
🛠 Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on all parts for faults or issues not caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or external damage.
📦 Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at nzsparesstore@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection (customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase)
- Sale items or gift cards
Certain items cannot be returned, including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and custom or special-order items.
🔍 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.
🌍 European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations. Items must be unused and in original condition.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

🔐 Product Condition & Data Responsibility
Some components (such as storage devices or smart modules) may contain residual data from prior use. Customers are responsible for ensuring any existing data is securely erased before use or resale.
NZ Spares is not responsible for any data remaining on components after purchase.
